  1. Greetings!
  2.   Here is the long awaited first issue of VBZ. Some of you didn't
  3. know you were waiting for it but it also includes updated versions
  4. of DLLs that you were waiting for.
  5.   VBZ is an electronic journal in the form of a Windows HELP file.
  6. To install the file, simply add the file VBZ01.HLP to a Program
  7. Manager group. I have included the VBZ.ICO file that you can
  8. associate with the file for identification. This is the icon
  9. that will be displayed when the help system is minimized. We are
  10. happy to implement a setup program if you like but to our minds,
  11. it's just a waste of download time.
